Registration Opens February 1

We're still working hard to get the Super Summer registration experience set for next summer. Registration will open on February 1 for Arkansas Baptist Churches. Registration for all other churches will open on April 1.

YOUTH PASTORS: You can begin the process of creating an account and opening registration for your church on 1/11/2025. You must open registration for your church before your students can register.

2025 Student Registration Fees

Regular Registration
February 1 - April 30

JV: $265
SS: $280

Late Registration
May 1 - May 31

JV: $285
SS: $300

Substitute Registration
June 1 - 2 Days Before Camp

JV: $285

Note: Substitute Registrations may or may not be accepted during this time period, at the discretion of the Super Summer Registrar. However, should we be able to accommodate substitutes, the pricing structure listed here will apply. We will accept substitutions for the respective camp being requested until 2 days before camp begins.


2025 Adult Registration Fees

Registration
February 1 - May 31

We are offering a flat registration fee for all adults coming to Super Summer. All cancellation fees apply per the cancellation schedule below.

JV Only: $265
SS Only: $280
Attending Both: $495 (Includes $50 discount for attending both)

Substitute Registration
June 1 - 2 Days Before Camp

JV: $265
SS: $280
Note: Substitute Registrations may or may not be accepted during this time period, at the discretion of the Super Summer Registrar. However, should we be able to accommodate substitutes, the pricing structure listed here will apply. We will accept substitutions for the respective camp being requested until 2 days before camp begins.


Cancellation Fees - Subject to Change

February 1 - March 31

No cancellation fees assessed during this time period.

April 1 - April 30 (Early Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

May 1 - May 31 (Late Cancellation)

A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for any camper cancelling during this time period.

On/After June 1

There are NO refunds on/after June 1, unless the cancelling camper is replaced by a new camper. If the camper is replaced, the cancellation fee is $75.00. Due to costs incurred by Super Summer at this point in the process, there are extremely limited circumstances for exception.

Substitutions

Prior to June 1

Should camp be full prior to June 1, Super Summer may be able to offer the opportunity to replace a camper with another camper until the end of the late registration period. The appropriate registration fees and cancellation fees will apply to all registrations during this time period.
 

June 1 - 2 Days Before Camp

Substitute Registrations may or may not be accepted during this time period, at the discretion of the Super Summer Registrar. Substitutions will ONLY be allowed to replace a camper that is cancelling.

There are a few other scenarios where you may be responsible for additional charges.
  • Lost Key Fee: $25
  • Lost Swipe Card Fee: $25
  • Lost Color Bracelet: $10
